Scope, the leading UK disability charity, offers a range of services for disabled children and adults that are primarily focused on those whose complex support needs are not met elsewhere. Their work also supports disabled people and their families through practical information, particularly at the time of diagnosis and in a child’s early years. Running alongside its service delivery, Scope is also committed to being an ally of disabled people, working with them on the issues that are most important to them to raise awareness, change attitudes and influence government policy.

Champollion has been commissioned to support Scope in the development of a communications programme that will enable their in-house team to deliver media hits to significantly increase the organisation’s profile, provide the platform to achieve greater impact in changing public perception, and influence the public policy debate. In the short-term, Champollion will support the delivery of this programme, while providing training and assistance to the in-house team that will equip them to lead the delivery in the long-term.
