Why Me? – Victims For Restorative Justice – is a new and unique organisation led by victims of crime aiming to expand the availability of restorative justice to all victims who want it. The organisation also works as a platform for victims who have experienced restorative justice to tell their stories through print and broadcast media as well as directly to politicians and policy makers. The group also highlights the benefits of restorative justice through a range of creative means, including drama, film and art.
Champollion has been commissioned to support the work of Why Me? to promote both the organisation and also the benefits of restorative justice to the public and policy makers. Through our work we are aiming to increase the profile of the organisation so that it can gain more funding and ultimately expand its personnel.
