Founded by enterprising young mum and passionate foodie, Aisie Koroma, Mini Cook provides kitchen classes for children as young as two, through schools, youth clubs and private parties. They are designed not only to introduce children to the joys of good food and the excitement of delicious meals, but also to giving kids and their parents a better understanding of the nutritional and emotional value of good quality, fresh ingredients. It is Mini Cook's ethos that teaching children to love cooking and experimenting with a varied diet at a young age will help them to develop a healthier relationship with food as they get older.
Champollion has been commissioned to promote the business to parents and the public authorities that might commission classes, as well as to inject Ms Koroma’s voice into public policy debates about food issues ranging from obesity to environmental conservation.
