Capital for Enterprise Limited, wholly-owned by the Government’s Department for Business Innovation & Skills, is an asset manager that delivers key Government programmes to support the provision of finance to small and medium sized enterprises. Its programmes include the Enterprise Finance Guarantee and the Capital for Enterprise Fund.

Champollion has been commissioned to help refine CfEL’s brand, and to implement a targeted media and lobbying campaign to help publicise its position as the UK’s leading investor in SMEs. Through our media and stakeholder work, we are also helping CfEL to highlight their status as a thought-leader on wider economic policy issues relating to British businesses.
