Barrow Cadbury is a grant-making foundation that supports the work of both service-providers
and policy-makers in the crowded community and voluntary service sector. Champollion
has been commissioned to help give sharper brand definition to Barrow Cadbury’s role
as a bridge between the theoretical and the practical. Drawing on our public policy
expertise, we are advising on ways to promote its three priority project areas –
known as “young adults and the criminal justice system”, “cities in transition” and
“migration and Europe” – in the media and to leading opinion-formers. We are also
advising on how to professionalise its media relations and improve its approach to
Westminster and Whitehall.
“The work of the Transition to Adulthood Alliance (T2A) led by the Barrow Cadbury
Trust is impacting the way all three main parties think about and plan for young
adults in the criminal justice system. Champollion’s role in achieving this and
in driving forward the Manifesto recommendations of the Alliance in the broader policy
arena has been crucial. With great media and public policy contacts, Simon Buckby
and his staff have helped shape our strategy and deliver on our mission.”
